Grilled Flank Steak

My college Mom, Nedra (Trisha’s Mom) taught me about flank steak: easy and always a winner!

  • 3 lb. of Flank Steak (I find the best at Sam’s Club)

  • 1 entire bottle of Kikkomon teriyaki Sauce.

  • Marinate meat for at least 6 hours or overnight in the teriyake sauce. A big zip lock bag works well.

  • Remove and grill to your liking.

  • Slice across the grain.
