Blintz Soufflé
Great for brunch or Break the Fast get together
ingredients
- 12 frozen blintzes (cheese or blueberry)
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 7 eggs
- 1 pint sour cream
- 12 T (2/3 C) of orange juice
- 2 t vanilla
- sugar if desired (I don’t add any extra)
directions
Melt butter/margarine and put into 9x13 inch Pyrex pan. Arrange blintzes in pan.

In blender mix the following together eggs, sour cream, orange juice, vanilla, sugar.

Pour mixture over the blintzes. Bake at 350 degree for 1 hour.
