Brittany's Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread
ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 2 cups mashed ripe bananas
- 1 8-oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 tsp vanilla
directions
Combine dry ingredients; stir in nuts. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients; add to dry mixture, stirring just until batter is moistened. Spoon into 2 greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour or until done. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
