The Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

2 sticks melted butter
2¼ cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ cup white sugar
1¼ cups brown sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons milk
1½ teaspoon vanilla
2 cups chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375
Cream together melted butter and sugars
Add eggs, milk and vanilla and mix until well combined
Slowly add in the flour, salt and baking soda until thoroughly combined
Add chocolate chips
Chill the dough
Bake for 14 minutes or until golden brown
