Mocha Pecan Balls
ingredients
- 1 roll (18 oz) Refrigerated Sugar Cookies
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 T. instant espresso powder
- 1 c. finely chopped pecans
- 48 milk chocolate candy drps or pieces, unwrapped

1. Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl, break up the cookie dough. Stgir in cocoa, espresso powder and pecans.

2. Shape dough into 48 balls; wrap each around 1 milk chocolate candy. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

3. Bake 8-10 minutes or until set. Immediately transfer to wire rack. Cool 5 minutes.

4. Roll in powdered sugar and cool completely.
