Shirley spinach Casserole
ingredients
- 3 boxes chopped spinach
- 1 14 oz can artichokes
- 1/2 stick margarine or butter
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 1/2 C chopped onion
- 1/2 C parmesan cheese
directions
Saute onions
Chop up artichokes
Mix all with drained spinach
Pour extra parmesan on top
BAke at 350 for about 45 minutes
MAKES 8X8 PAN. DOUBLE FOR 9X13.
