ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta flakes -- parboiled
  • 6 egg -- beaten
  • 1 1/2 C sour cream
  • 1 lbs Temptee Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 lbs cottage cheese
  • 1/2 C milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • apricot preserves

directions

Add beaten eggs, cream cheese and beat until well blended. Add rest of ingredients minus the preserves, adding flakes at end. Grease 9x13 pan and add the mixture. Top with crushed cornflakes, cinnamon and sugar. Spoon preserves on top in spots. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
