Black Olive Tapenade
ingredients
- 1-2 cups pitted kalamata olives
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 3 anchovy fillets
- 1-2 tablespoons capers
- 1 tablespoon chopped basil
- 1teaspoon thyme
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
directions
Put all the ingredients except the last 3,into a blender/food processor. Mix until it becomes coarse looking. Slowly add olive oil, to your desired consistency. Adjust with salt and pepper to taste.
