1 lb Bacon, cooked & crumbled
12 Eggs, hard boiled
1 Red Onion, sliced
2 Tomatoes, wedged
1 Head Lettuce
1 Bunch Spinach
Layer lettuce first, then add spinach. Layer onion on top. Wedge tomatoes and place around dish. Cut eggs lengthwise and place around tomatoes. Sprinkle bacon in empty areas.
