Spinach Dip
ingredients
- 20oz. Frozen chopped Spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 can Artichoke Hearts, drained
- 3 clove Garlic, to taste
- 2 8oz. packages Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 packages 8oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Mayonnaise

Mix spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, parmesan cheese, mayo and lemon juice. Mix in cream cheese until well blended.

Heat @ 350° till hot about 10 to 15 minutes.
