Caramel Apples
It’s a tradition to have these on the Friday of the Thanksgiving weekend.
Combine the caramels and milk in a small saucepan. Melt over low heat , stirring until smooth and creamy.
Wash apples and spear each through the stem with a stick. Stand apples in the melted caramel and spoon the sauce over to coat them completely. Let coated apples stand on a sheet of wax paper. Chill
