Bourbon Steak
ingredients
- 6-12 Steaks
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup Jack Daniel’s
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 4 cups water
directions
Combine brown sugar and Jack Daniel’s in a bowl, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Add the pineapple juice and stir. Add soy sauce and stir. Then add the water. Place the steaks in a 9“X13” baking dish and pour the marinate over the steaks. Let sit for at least 24 hours in the refrigerator. When ready grill steaks to your desired temperature.
