Blueberry Jam
ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups crushed blueberries
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 7 cups sugar
- 2 pouches pectin

Sterilize jars in boiling water until ready to fill. Stir fresh berries, lemon juice and sugar in large pan. A 1/2 tsp butter to prevent foaming.

Bring to full rolling boil and boil one minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and skim off any foam. Fill jars. Place on rack to cool. When cool, top with layer of melted Gulf Wax to preserve. When wax is cool, seal with lids.
