- 5 whole chicken breasts[cut in half,bones and skin still on]1 lg container goat cheese,4 toes garlic minced,fresh ground black pepper,2c white wine.1 pkg.baby portobello mushrooms.
in a lg baking pan.place the chicken breasts[meat side up].with your fingers separate the skin from the meat of the chicken.place the goat cheese under the skin.place garlic,and black pepper on top of skin,place mushrooms and wine around chicken.bake covered til chicken is done.uncover bake til skin is browned.serve with a creamy risotha.
