Brunch eggs
Great for feeding a large group
ingredients
- 8 slices bacon
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups Monterrey jack or cheddar cheese grated
- 1/2 tsp salt
directions

Cook bacon until crisp,crumble and reserve. Saute onions in bacon fat. Stir in remaining ingredients and bacon. Pour into a 2qt buttered baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 35 minutes.

*May be make the night before and left in the refrigerator until ready to heat.
