Banana Snackin' Cake
A great low-fat version that’s quick to make.
ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups Flour
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Cup Plain Yogurt
- 2 Bananas, mashed
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Stir until just blended. Pour into a prepared 8 x 8, or round cake pan.

Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.

Dust the top with powdered sugar.
