Nutritionally packed recipe
ingredients
- 3/4 C Wild Rice
- 1/4 C Soybeans
- 1/4 C Lentils
- 1 T Chia Seeds
- 1 T Flax, ground
- 1 T Hemp Seeds
- 1 T Quinoa
- 2 C Water
- 1 T Butter or Extra Virginia Olive Oil
- 1/2 t Cayenne Powder
- 1/2 t Curry Powder
- 1/4 t Ginger, ground
- 1 t Rosemary, ground
- 1 T Turmeric
- 2 or 4 ounces Jarlsberg Cheese or other melting Cheese
directions
Bring Water to a boil. Add all ingredients and cook on medium heat until rice is tender, yet firm. Additional water may need to be added if the stove is too hot and cooks out the liquid too quickly. Add cheese. Eat
notes
I add liquid hot sauce and cayenne pepper at the end of the recipe to make it spicier for myself when I have to share it with others.
