Spinach Artichoke Dip
ingredients
- 1 package creamed spinach
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 jar (8 oz.) of artichoke, drained and finely chopped
directions
Preheat oven at 425°. Combine all the ingredients well. Place in a baking dish and bake for 25-35 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
