Hot Crab Dip
ingredients
- 2 cups crab meat
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 tblsp lemon juice
- 1-2 tsp Worcestershire
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh thyme leaves (optional)
- handful grated Parmesan (optional)

Soften the cream cheese in a microwave and stir in the crab meat. Add the mayo, lemon juice, Worcestershire, cayenne pepper, and flour to the crab mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Transfer the mixture to an oven safe dish and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until bubbly.

Sprinkle the top with Parmesan cheese and tyme and brown the top.

Serve warm along side your favorite crackers or slices of garlic buttered toast.
