Creamy Pesto Dip
ingredients
- 2 bunches basil
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons pine nuts
directions
Combine basil and garlic in a food processor and process to a fine purée. With machine running, add oil in a thin-steady stream. Stir in salt, cover and chill for 2 to 4 hours. Stir in sour cream and toasted pine nuts. Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature.
