2-3 lbs shrimp
1 jar Alferado sauce, cooked separately
2 tbsp garlic
1 package Linguine noodles, cooked separately
1 cup olive oil
Salt and Pepper
⅔ cups green onions
1 cup white wine
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp lemon juice
2¼ cup diced tomatoes
¼ cup cilantro
Combine ingredients in a large bowl and marinate for 15-20 minutes
Grill until Shrimp is pink and marinate is bubbly.
Serve with alfreado sauce and linguine.

PREP TIME: 5 min
TOTAL TIME: 30 min
This can also be baked in the oven until the shrimp is cooked through.
