Mexican Chili

  • 1 Onion, diced

  • 1 Bell Pepper, diced

  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper, diced

  • 1 Poblano Pepper, diced

  • 1 lb Ground Beef

  • Taco Seasoning

  • 2 cans Refried Beans

  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes

  • 1 can Rotel Tomatoes

  • 1 jar Salsa

  • Added diced onion, peppers, and ground beef to pot and brown ground beef. Add taco seasoning to taste. Add refried beans, tomatoes, and salsa. Serve with cheese and chips.
