ingredients

  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 cup cut-up cooked chicken breast
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced cooked almonds
  • 1/3 cup mayo or salad dressing
  • 1 can pineapple tidbits
  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • Salad Supreme Seasoning from McCormick

directions

  • 1

    Pour lemon juice over chicken. Add remaining ingredients. Sprinkle with salad seasoning.

    Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
