Stew

  • 1 lb sirloin cut into cubes

  • 1 tbsp garlic

  • 1 medium onion diced – can use onion salt

  • 4 – 5 potatoes cut into cubes

  • 1 small can mushrooms

  • ½ bag brussel spouts

  • 1 can each carrots, corn, green beans or use bag of mixed veggies

  • 1 can rotel, extra hot or Mexican

  • 1 can tomato sauce

  • Water

  • ½ cup macaroni noodles

  • Brown meat and add veggies. Add tomato sauce, rotel, water and macaroni.

  • Simmer 2 hours or more.
