1 lb sirloin cut into cubes
1 tbsp garlic
1 medium onion diced – can use onion salt
4 – 5 potatoes cut into cubes
1 small can mushrooms
½ bag brussel spouts
1 can each carrots, corn, green beans or use bag of mixed veggies
1 can rotel, extra hot or Mexican
1 can tomato sauce
Water
½ cup macaroni noodles
Brown meat and add veggies. Add tomato sauce, rotel, water and macaroni.
Simmer 2 hours or more.
