Southern Boil
ingredients
- 3 lbs Red/or Yellow potatoes (small)
- 3-4 lbs of shrimp (approx 1/4 per person)
- corn on the cob - break in half (6 to 12 ears)
- 2-3 Kielbasa - cut in large pieces (or sausage)
- 2 sticks of butter
- approx 1 cup of Old Bay Season
- some salt (I never add this)
- 1 can of beer

Bring water & beer to boil

add butter and Old Bay Season

Add the potatoes first - once begins to boil time *10 min
- 4
Kielbasa next - once begins to boil time 3 min
- 5
(if sausage add you will want to add *5-7 min after potatoes)

Corn - once begins to boil time 5 min
- 7
Shrimp - time for 2-3 minutes
