Mexican Chicken Casserole
When serving a crowd this is certainly a pleaser, and will be the hit at next church potluck!
ingredients
- 8 chicken breasts, boiled and boned
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 package tortilla chips
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1 1/4 cups sharp cheese grated
- 1 small can of evaporated milk
- 1 onion, chopped

Grease casserole dish well with nonstick spray.

Mix chicken pieces, soup, green chilies, onion and milk. Layer mixture, cheese, and chips in casserole and bake at 350° or until bubbly.
