Golden Macaroni and Cheese
ingredients
- 1 8oz package elbow macaroni – approx 2 cups
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp onion salt
- 2 10oz blocks sharp cheddar cheese – shredded about 4 1/2 cups
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted

Cook macaroni according to package directions and set aside.

Mix milk, flour, and onion salt well.

Stir together flour mixture, 3 1/2 cups cheese and macaroni.

Pour macaroni mixture into lightly greased 9x13 baking dish.

Sprinkle evenly with remaining 1 cup cheese. Drizzle with melted butter.

Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown at 350.
