ingredients

  • 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • Flour
  • Texas Steak Seasoning
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chicken Fajita Seasoning
  • Vegetable Oil

directions

    Mix eggs and milk. Dip pieces of chicken in mixture. Dip chicken in flour. Coat well.

  • 2

    Repeat twice for each strip.

  • 3

    In a large skillet, heat oil on med-hi. Add coated chicken and season well.

  • 4

    Cook until well done, turning frequently.

  • 5

    (Also works with cubed steak for chicken fried steak.)
