Asian Noodle Salad
ingredients
- Salad Ingredients:
- 1 package grated cabbage
- 8 green onions (chopped)
- 2 pkgs Ramen Noodles-Chicken flavored
- 1 1/2 C cashew pieces
- 1 1/4 C salted sunflower seeds
- 1 C frozen peas
- Dressing:
- 1/2 C vegetable oil
- 1/3 + C Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 C sugar
- 2 seasoning packs from noodles
directions
Cook noodles in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Rinse and cool the noodles. Stir together the dressing until sugar dissolves. You may need to add more rice wine vinegar. Combine all the salad ingredients and the cooled noodles in a bowl and pour the dressing over the salad mixture. Toss to coat. Make a day ahead if you like.

Do not substitute the rice wine vinegar.
