Mustard & Dill Fish Fillets
ingredients
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 Tbsp Dijon or grainy mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 lb. fish fillets (bass, salmon, halibut, swordfish)
directions
Whisk together lemon juice, oil, dill, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture over fish and let stand 60 min. Bake at 375 for 10-12 min or grill over med heat for 10-12 min.
