Green Beans with Lemon & Garlic
ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 1/2 lbs green beans, trimmed
- 1 1/2 T olive oil
- 1 1/2 T butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t fresh ground black pepper
- 2 T chopped fresh parsley

1. Bring water to a boil in a large skillet. Add beans; cover, reduce heat and simmer for 8 min or until tender. Drain beans; pat dry.

2. Heat oil and butter in pan over med heat. Add garlic and sauté 30 sec. Add beans, juice, salt and pepper; cook 2 min or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with parsley.
