Choco-Lowfat Muffins
The pleasure of a warm chocolate muffin, without the guilt.
ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups Flour
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Hershey’s Cocoa
- 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 2/3 Cup Vanilla Low Fat Yogurt
- 2/3 Cup Nonfat Milk
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
- Powdered Sugar (Optional)
directions
Heat oven to 400°. Line muffin pan cups with baking cups. Stir together the first six ingredients. Stir in yogurt, milk, and vanilla. Do Not Beat. Fill baking cups 2/3 full. Bake 15-20 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool 10 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired. Serve Warm.
