Spare Ribs
These smell so good while cooking.
ingredients
- 3 lbs. pork ribs
- 2 onions sliced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 3/4 cup water or more
- 2 or 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 3/4 cup ketchup
directions
Mix all ingredients except onions. Place ribs in shallow pan, cover with sauce and then sliced onions on top. Cover ribs tightly with foil and bake for 3 -4 hours at 275 degrees. Baste occasionally with sauce. Ribs are considered done when you can just loosen or wiggle the bone from the meat with little effort and the meat is very tender.
