Corn Crisped Chicken
This chicken is easy and very tasty. For extra spice, add paprika or red chili flakes.
ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts, cut in strips
- 1 cup Kellogg corn flake crumbs
- 1/2 evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
directions
Dip strips in milk and then crumbs. Bake in preheated 350 degrees oven for 30 minutes. Serve with ranch dressing.

Serve as a main dish or appetizer with ranch dressing or barbecue sauce.
