Breakfast Quiché
ingredients
- 2 Frozen Pie Crusts
- 8 eggs
- 1 package shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 med. container heavy cream
- 1 package hot breakfast sausage
directions
Bake empty crusts in oven for about 15 minutes or until just done. While the crusts are baking, cook sausage in skillet. Combine eggs, cream and cheese in bowl. When the sausage is done, add to egg mixture. Split the egg mixture into 2 pie crusts at bake at 350 for approx. 30 minutes or until the center is firm.
notes
They freeze well and re-heat well.
