ingredients

  • 2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2-3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 3 tbsp parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper

    Peel and devein shrimp. Place in Tupperware. Add oil and combined spices and shake in Tupperware until the shrimp is coated with the seasoning.

    Allow to marinate approx. 1 hour before skewering. Skewer and grill.
