California Beet Salad
ingredients
- 1 head Romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
- 1 can beets
- 1 jar artichoke hears (pickled or raw)
- 1 Avacado, chopped
- 1 can large black olives
- 1/4 red onion
- alfalpha sprouts
- 1 Tbls Djion mustard
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp white vinegar, to taste
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- dash of sugar

Arrange alfalpha sprouts around the edge of a large plate. Put lettuce on the plate within the sprout border.

In bowl, combine remaining vegetables. Toss with dressing. Top lettuce with vegetable/dressing mixture.
