Mexican Style Fish Casserole

Useful recipe for different kinds of fish.

  • Lay fish fillets in a single layer in a casserole. Season with salt and pepper and cumin or chili powder.

  • Cover with salsa and top with shredded cheese and bread crumbs.

  • Bake in a hot oven 400-425° for about 20 minutes or until the topping is bubbly and the fish flakes easily with a fork. It depends on the thickness of the fish to know when it is done.
