Useful recipe for different kinds of fish.

ingredients

  • 1- 1 1/2 lb. Fish fillets, cod, haddock, pollock, sea bass, or similar fleshy white fish
  • 1 bottle of salsa, mild or medium
  • grated cheese
  • bread crumbs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • cumin

directions

  • 1

    Lay fish fillets in a single layer in a casserole. Season with salt and pepper and cumin or chili powder.

    Cover with salsa and top with shredded cheese and bread crumbs.

    Bake in a hot oven 400-425° for about 20 minutes or until the topping is bubbly and the fish flakes easily with a fork. It depends on the thickness of the fish to know when it is done.

Quick and easy and very tasty. Serve with some corn and you have a meal.
