Greek Feta Pasta Salad

  • 1 lb. medium pasta shells, cooked, rinsed, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/3 cup sliced ripe olives
  • 4 oz Greek feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz tomatoes, seeded, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 2 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 Tbsp pepper

In small bowl, combine mayo, Italian dressing, oregano and pepper. Set aside. In large bown combine pasta, celery, olives, fets, Parmesan and tomatoes. Pour mayo mixture over. Toss well to combine. Chill several hours.
