Grilled Flank Steak
Easy and delicious
ingredients
- 1 flank steak, about 1 1/2 pounds
- 1 c. Italian dressing
- 1 Ziploc bag

Place steak in bag and pour dressing inside. Seal bag and refrigerate at least 1 hour, longer is better.

Prepare charcoal or gas grill. Grill about 7 minutes per side, or until meat gives slightly to the touch (cooked medium)

Remove meat from grill, cover with foil and let sit for 10 minutes. Slice at an angle into thin slices and pour meat juices over the meat and serve.

This is super easy and delicious. Letting the meat rest gives you time to prepare the rest of the meal.
