Chinese noodle salad
ingredients
Noodle Salad- 1/2 Chinese cabbage-finely shredded
- 6 Spring onions-chopped
- 100g lightly roasted slivered almonds
- 1pkt Chang’s Fried Noodles (original-100g)
- shredded BBQ chicken or BBQ pork- optional
- 1/4 cup White wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup castor sugar
- 1tblsp soy sauce
- 2tspns sesame oil
- 1/2 cup olive oil

Combine all dressing ingredients in saucepan-stir well over low heat

until sugar is dissolved-allow to cool.

Toss cabbage, spring onions and almonds in a salad bowl. Add dressing

and mix well. Just prior to serving (so they remain crunchy) add noodles
- 5
and toss thoroughly.
