Rose's Banana Bread
This is my mom’s famous banana bread. It is so moist and buttery and smells heavenly while it’s baking.
ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter (not margarine)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large or 4 small bananas, mashed
- 1 cup ground walnuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Measure and mix together flour, soda, and salt. Cream butter and sugar together, adding eggs, vanilla and stir until thoroughly mixed. Stir in the mashed bananas. Fold in dry ingredients and nuts until well combined.

Pour into loaf pan, Bake at 350 for 55-60 mins.
