24 Hour Salad
ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 pint whip cream
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp sugar - heaping
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1 lb grapes - seeded
- 1 can white cherries
- 1 bag (11 oz) small marshmallows

Beat egg yolks until light, add 1/2 pint whip cream (not whipped), lemon juice, and sugar (stir after each addition). Cook until spoon coats (7-8 minutes). Stir constantly. Cool.

Drain fruit well. Beat 1/2 pint whip cream. After dressing has cooled, mix with fruit, then fold in whipped, whip cream last. Stir in marshmallows last.

Let set in refrigerator 24 hours.
