Cold Sesame Noodles
A fast dish for any occasion
ingredients
- Sauce
- 3/4 cup sesame tahini
- 1/4 cup creamy, all natural peanut butter
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp chili oil
- 2 TBS lite soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar (I used seasoned suchi vinegar)
- 1 tsp schirachi sauce
- 1 tsp dried asian chilis
- 1/4 cup sugar or honey
- 3/4 cup water
- Noodles
- 12 oz. cooked spaghetti
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
directions
Whisk together sauce ingredients until smoothe. Pour all but 1/4 cup of sauce over noodles and mix well. Mix in peas, scallions ans most of cilantro (reserve for garnish). You have to mix it really well. Pour additional sauce on top and garnish with cilantro.
