Crab Cakes

ingredients
- 2 pkg of artificial crab meat
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 quart heavy whipping cream
- 1 lb of butter
- Flour
- Fine bread crumbs
directions
- 1
cut crab into chunks
- 2
cut, pepper and onion into fine cubes
- 3
melt butter
- 4
mix all ingredients together.

make into patty’s and roll in flour and fine bread crumbs.
- 6
Fry in pan for 10 min. or until done on medium high.
