O'Brien Potatoes

  • 1 pkg. 1lb.8oz. frozen hash browns. (potatoes with onions and peppers)

  • 6 tbs. melted butter or margarine

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 2 tbs. milk

  • ½ tsp. salt

  • ¼ tsp. pepper

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • ¾ cups crushed corn flakes

  • Combine potatoes and butter, soup, sour cream, milk, salt and pepper and cheese. Place in greased 3 qt. casserole. Mix corn flakes with 2 tbs. butter or margarine. Sprinkle evenly over mixture. Bake in 350 for 40-45 min until bubbly throughout.
