Cranberry Sauce :

2 cups fresh cranberries
6 tbs. brown sugar
⅔ cup orange juice
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp. ground nutmeg
Place all ingredients in pan. Stir well .
Cover and bring slow to a boil over gentle heat. Simmer 8-10 minutes or until cranberries burst.
Serve warm or cold.
