Chicken with bell peppers and salad peppers.

ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 2-3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Small Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 of each Red, Yellow, and Green Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 cups Canned Italian tomatoes in juice
  • 1/2 cup White Wine
  • 1/4 cup Salad Peppers
  • 2 tbsp Salad Pepper Juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt

directions

  • 1

    Pound chicken until 1" thing. Heat Oil in large skillet and brown chicken until done. Remove chicken, add peppers, onions, garlic, and mushrooms, cook until tender. Add wine, cook for 5 min. add tomatoes, salt, and peppers. Cook until tomatoes and peppers are warm.

    Poor over chicken and serve with pasta.
