Chicken Venezia
Chicken with bell peppers and salad peppers.
ingredients
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 2-3 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Small Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 of each Red, Yellow, and Green Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
- 8 oz Mushrooms sliced
- 2 cups Canned Italian tomatoes in juice
- 1/2 cup White Wine
- 1/4 cup Salad Peppers
- 2 tbsp Salad Pepper Juice
- 1/2 tsp salt

Pound chicken until 1" thing. Heat Oil in large skillet and brown chicken until done. Remove chicken, add peppers, onions, garlic, and mushrooms, cook until tender. Add wine, cook for 5 min. add tomatoes, salt, and peppers. Cook until tomatoes and peppers are warm.

Poor over chicken and serve with pasta.
