Pork Chops Hungarian
ingredients
- 2 pork loin chops, 3/4 inch thick
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp caraway seeds
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika (more is better!)
- 1/8 tsp dried dill
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cut sour cream

1. Trim fat from chops

2. Brown chops in small amount of hot fat in 8" skillet (or use Pam)

3. Combine onion, spices and water; add to skillet
- 4
4. Cover and cook over medium heat for one hour or until chops are tender

5. Transfer chops to warm platter

6. Stir sour cream into meat drippings in skillet

7. Heat through, but do not boil

8. Spoon sauce over chops
