2 cups ground pecans
2 cups sifted flour
¼ cup sugar
Confectioner’s sugar

Cream butter until soft, add flour, pecans, and sugar. Mix well. Shape about 1 tbsp of dough into a ball and.
Bake on ungreased baking sheet about 45 minutes at 300°.
After removing from oven roll in confectioner’s sugar. Cool and roll in confectioner’s sugar again.
